ESCHATOLOGY IN THE 21ST CENTURY: INTERFAITH AND COMPARITIVE PERSPECTIVES
#78
THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC HAS LED TO THE HARAMAIN LOCKDOWN IS UNPRECEDENTED IN ISLAMIC HISTORY.  WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT INCLUDES MAKKAH AND MADINAH BEING LOCKED DOWN. INDEED IT GOES BEYOND THAT AS BAIT AL MUQADDAS AND AL AQSA IN JERUSALEM IS ALSO UNDER LOCKDOWN. THIS TRIPLE LOCKDOWN OF THE SPIRITUAL HEART(S) OF GLOBAL ISLAMIC CIVILISATION HAS NEVER BEEN DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY. INDEED IT GOES FURTHER AS MOSQUES GLOBALLY HAVE STOPPED SALAH AND JUMAAH IN JAMAAH. THIS CAN ONLY MEAN THAT THE DAJALLIC NEW WORLD ORDER HAS NOT ONLY BEEN SCHEMING BUT HAS STARTED IMPLEMENTING IT'S FINAL ASSAULT ON ISLAM.

AS THIS  HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED BY THE HOUSE OF SAUD. IT MEANS THE IMPENDING SUSPENSION OF UMRAH AND HAJJ IN 1441. THIS WILL BE EXAMINED HEREAFTER AND IT'S IMPACT AND FALLOUT ON THE UMMAH. MORE IMPORTANTLY THE ESCHATOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED. THIS WILL BE ANALYSED AS WE ARE ON THE THRESHOLD OF EVENTS CULMINATING IN THE APPEARANCE OF IMAM MAHDI AND WORLD SHATTERING EVENTS.

IT HAS NOW BEEN EXPOSED BY MANY SOURCES THAT BIOWARFARE HAS BEEN ENGAGED IN USING BIO WEOPONS. ONE PLANNED OUTCOME WHICH WE ARE NOW WITNESSING IS TO GENERATE FEAR TO SEPARATE MUSLIMS FROM THEIR ISLAMIC SPIRITUAL POWER WHICH THEY FEAR.  THE DAJJALIC FORCES WANT TO EXPLOIT THE WEAKNESSES THEY HAVE CREATED AND EXPOSED IN THE SPIRITUAL DEFENCES OF MUSLIMS. THEY WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THEIR PLANS FOR THEIR DAJALLIC NWO 3RD TEMPLE BUILT AFTER  DEMOLITION OF AL AQSA AND THE  ESTABLISHMENT OF GREATER ISRAEL TO BE THE RULING POWER GLOBALLY. FOR THOSE WHO ARE DEAF DUMB AND BLIND LET IT BE CLEAR THAT THIS WILL TRIGGER A PRE-MEDITATED SPIRITUAL AND RELIGIOUS WAR WHICH WILL DESTROY THE WORLD AS WE KNOW.

MUSLIMS NEED TO REALISE THAT A SPIRITUAL WAR HAS BEEN DECLARED BY THE DAJALLIC NWO. IT WILL CHANGE GEAR INTO AN ALL OUT MILITARY WAR OF CONQUEST. THE ANSWER TO THIS CAN ONLY BE FAITH, UNITY AND DISCIPLINE AND PREPARATION FOR WAR.

FOUR HISTORICAL LOCKDOWNS OF THE HOLY CITY OF MECCA
https://www.trtworld.com/middle-east/fou...ecca-35037

As Hajj pilgrimage is under risk of cancellation for this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, people ask: is it the first lockdown in history?  Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia urged Muslims on Tuesday to wait for a while before making plans to make the annual Hajj pilgrimage until there is more clarity about the global containment of the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

Every year, nearly 2.5 million pilgrims visit the holy sites of Islam in Mecca and Medina for a week-long ritual, which is a once-in-a-lifetime duty for every able-bodied Muslim. The kingdom stopped umrah, a non-mandatory pilgrimage, in late February due to the pandemic. With the rising Covid-19 cases around the world, the cancellation of the Hajj pilgrimage, which starts in late July, is also on cards.  Muslims around the world shudder seeing the pictures of empty Kaaba, a cube-shaped building towards which they pray, since it's almost always full of pilgrims making rounds and reading verses of the Quran.  If the Hajj pilgrimage is truly cancelled this year, it won't be the first, however. Here are some historical events that prevented Muslims from visiting the holy city in the last 1,400 years.

The attack on Kaaba by Abraha

In 570 AD, Yemeni governor Abraha was building a cathedral in the city of Sanaa to make a new centre for pilgrimage. He realised that the Kaaba already served that purpose, so he organised a major military expedition to destroy Mecca to direct pilgrims to his cathedral and make Yemen the only destination for pilgrimage. In 570 AD a year before the birth of Prophet Muhammed, he launched an invasion campaign to Hejaz. He reportedly aided his large army with one elephant. As they came close to the holy Kaaba, the elephant did not move further. The residents of Mecca, who were incapable and unprepared to stand against Abraha’s army, fled to the mountains. That year, people could not make the pilgrimage to Mecca, fearing war. Several historians have reported that Abraha's forces could not maintain the siege as they were struck by "divine" powers, which eventually crushed his army and ended the siege.

Qarmatians' massacre of pilgrims

The number of people who came to Mecca for the pilgrimage began to decrease each year after the Shiite Qarmatians State started to carry out continuous attacks on Mecca and its pilgrimage routes before 930 AD.  Islamic scholars issued a fatwa in 930 banning the pilgrimage to Mecca pilgrimage because of the lack of life and property security. In the same year, the leader of the Qarmatians, Abu Tahir al Jannabi, raided Mecca and massacred tens of thousands of pilgrims. Historians state that the Qarmatians had banned the pilgrimage for more than 10 years. Before the Shia Qarmatians left Mecca, they stole the door of the Kaaba as well as Hajr Ul-Esved, also known as the black stone, which dates back to the time of Adam and Eve. The two stolen items remained under their control for 20 years. The Abbasids paid 120,000 dinars in 952 for their return.

Epidemic outbreaks

There were many outbreaks in the Hejaz region of the Arabian Peninsula over the 19th Century, such as the plague, cholera and meningitis.  The spread of the plague epidemic in the Hejaz region in 1814 caused the death of about 8,000 people, and the pilgrimage was not allowed that year. An epidemic started again in the pilgrimage season of 1837, continuing until 1892. Nearly a thousand had died every day due to the highly fatal epidemic between this period. Doctors from Egypt were sent to build a quarantine on the road to Mecca to look after people.

Kaaba seizure

On November 20, 1979, Juhayman al Otaybi raided the Kaaba in the morning prayer. He expressed several political demands including the dismissal of the Saudi regime, the end of the kingdom's relations with Western superpowers, the halt of the sale of oil to Western countries, and the closure of foreign military bases. The High Scholar Committee of the kingdom issued a fatwa, asking the Saudi regime to launch an armed intervention and rid the city of all the rebels.

The raid continued for about 15 days and was only ended with the help of a specialist team from France. During the raid, Kaaba remained closed for two weeks. At the end of the two-week period, 127 Saudi soldiers, 117 of Juheyman’s supporters and 26 civilians had been killed during the clashes. Juhayman and his 62 followers were later executed.

SAUDI ARABIA BANS PRAYERS AT MOSQUES OVER CORONAVIRUS FEARS

Move will also include weekly Friday prayers in a country that has reported more than 270 coronavirus cases.

Saudi Arabia has suspended the holding of daily prayers and the weekly Friday prayers inside and outside the walls of the two mosques in Mecca and Medina to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Earlier, on Tuesday, Saudi Arabia had suspended congregational prayers in other mosques in the country except Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, in Mecca and Medina respectively.

Authorities had placed restrictions on praying inside the mosque in Mecca. On Thursday, the government suspended prayers outside the two holy mosques.

"The Presidency and the security and health authorities decided to suspend the presence and prayers in the outer squares of the Grand Mosque [Masjid al-Haram] and the Prophet’s Mosque [Masjid al-Nabawi] starting tomorrow, Friday,” the country’s official SPA news agency quoted Hani bin Hosni Haider, a spokesman for the General Presidency of Mecca’s Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina, as saying.

Saudi Arabia recorded 36 new infections on Thursday, bringing its total to 274 with no deaths so far. It has taken drastic measures already. In addition to closing mosques, it has halted international flights, suspended the Umrah year-round pilgrimage to Mecca, shut down schools, malls and restaurants, and asked people to stop going to work.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia's King Salman said the kingdom will take measures to curb its spread and urged citizens to work together to confront the pandemic. "We are living through a difficult period in the history of the world, but we are fully aware that it will pass despite its cruelty, bitterness and difficulty," the 84-year-old monarch said on Thursday in a five-minute televised address. Amid volatility in regional markets and plunging oil prices, the world's top crude exporter has prepared a 50 billion riyal ($13bn) package to help small and medium-sized enterprises cope, and has cut its state budget by nearly five percent.
