FUTURE OF AL AQSA and AL QUDS
#71
AL AQSA IS BEING TURNED INTO A WAR ZONE DURING RAMADAN AGAIN. THIS IS A HORRIFIC AND INTOLERABLE SITUATION NOT ONLY FOR BESIEGED PALESTINIANS BUT IT ATTACKS THE RELIGIOUS SENTIMENTS OF MUSLIMS GLOBALLY.  THIS IS CLEARLY A RESULT OF JEWISH EXTREMISTS COMING TO  POWER IN THE LATEST ISRAELI GOVERNMENT. JEWISH EXTREMISTS AND HARDLINERS WHO SHOULD BE LOCKED UP IN ANY DECENT SOCIETY AND TRIED AS WAR CRIMINALS ARE NOW CALLING THE SHOTS FOR ISRAELI SECURITY MATTERS BODES ILL FOR RELATIONS BETWEEN ISRAELIS AND PALESTINIANS.

FURTHER TO LOOKING AT THE EVIDENCE IT IS CLEAR THAT THE ILLEGITIMATE ZIONIST ENTITY IS SEEKING TO CHANGE THE STATUS QUO AT AL AQSA. THE OCCUPATION FORCES ARE RESTRICTING ACCESS TO THE HOLY SITES AND UNDERMINING THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION OF PALESTINIANS. ALSO THEY ARE ARE BRUTALLY ATTACKING ORDINARY PALESTINIANS WITH DISPROPORTIONATE FORCE AND DAMAGING THE MOSQUE DELIBERATELY.

SINCE THE 1967 WAR THERE IS AN AGREEMENT OR STATUS QUO IN WHICH THE HOLY SITE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WAQF  BODY ADMINISTERED BY JORDAN. THEREFORE THE OCCUPYING ZIONIST ISRAELI STATE SHOULD NOT BE INTERFERING IN ANYWAY. YET DESPITE THIS THE ISRAELI MILITARY CONTROL ANY MOVEMENT OF PALESTINIANS INTO OR OUTSIDE OF JERUSALEM.  AS PART OF THE STATUS QUO JEWS ARE PERMITTED TO VISIT THE AREA BUT STRICTLY NOT TO PRAY THERE. YET ISRAELI FORCES ARE SEEN TO BE ESCORTING JEWISH ILLEGAL SETTLERS AND EXTREMISTS AND TURNING A BLIND EYE WHEN THEY PRAY THERE .  MANY OF THESE ARE ACTUALLY FOREIGN IMMIGRANTS FROM THE USA AND ELSEWHERE . IN THE CONTEXT OF COLONISATION, AN ILLEGAL OCCUPATION AND BRUTALITY METED OUT,  PALESTINIANS ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO VIOLATIONS HERE AS IT IS ONE OF THE FEW REMAINING SYSMBOLS OF THEIR IDENTITY AND NATIONHOOD.

OUTSIDERS NEED TO REALISE WHAT IS GOING ON HERE IS  REALLY LIKE NAZIS ON THE RAMPAGE. IMAGINE THE VATICAN OR NOTRE DAME OR ST.PAULS CATHEDRALS BEING OCCUPIED BY AN ALIEN OCCUPYING FORCE AND THEN VISUALISE THESE FORCES RESTRICTING ACCESS TO THE HOLY SITES AND THEN RAIDING THESE HOLY SITES AND BEATING WORSHIPPERS BRUTUALLY AND DAMAGING THE CHURCH.  THIS VIOLATES ALL CIVILISED BEHAVIOUR AND CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS STATE SPONSORED TERRORISM AND NAZISM. IT IS BEING CONTINUED BECAUSE THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY HAS NOT INTERVENED AND THE ISRAELIS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE TO PAY THE PRICE. NO WONDER MANY MUSLIMS ARE FED UP WITH A BIASED HYPOCRITICAL MEDIA WHICH WHITEWASHES TERRORISM COMMITTED AGAINST MUSLIMS AND MUSLIM COUNTRIES.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THIS IS ALL GOING TO CHANGE SOON WITH THE COLLAPSE OF THE DOLLAR AND RISE OF A MULTIPOLAR WORLD. THEN WE SHALL SEE WHO CALLS THE SHOTS WITH THE INAUGURATION OF A JUST WORLD ORDER. THE INHUMANE ZIONIST ISRAELI ENTITY IS DIGGING IT'S OWN GRAVE.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ARAB AND MUSLIM GOVERNMENTS   TO PRESSURISE THE EXTREME NATIONALIST ISRAELI GOVERNMENT NOT TO CROSS RED LINES.    EVEN MORE IMPORTANT IS THE NEED TO DEFEND PALESTINE AND PALESTINIANS. HOWEVER, IT IS CLEAR THAT INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION IS REQUIRED AND PALESTINIANS NEED TO REALISE THAT ONLY AN ISLAMIC LIBERATION OF THE HOLY LANDS CAN RESOLVE THIS EXISTENTIAL CRISIS.

THIS WILL MEAN THAT THEIR STRUGGLE FOR SELF DETERMINATION AND LIBERATION HAS TO BE 100% ISLAMIC. THEY NEED TO REALISE THAT PALESTINIAN AND ARAB NATIONALISM HAS FAILED TOTALLY TO DELIVER. INDEED RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW ARAB REGIMES ARE SUPPING WITH THE ZIONIST ISRAELI DEVIL IN NORMALISATION TREATIES INCLUSIVE OF EGYPT, JORDAN, BAHRAIN, UAE, SUDAN AND MOROCCO. WITH OTHERS AT VARIOUS STAGES OF DOING SO. SO THEIR OWN SIDE OR SHOULD IT BE THEIR OWN TRIBE ARE LETTING THEM DOWN.

GIVEN THESE REALITIES IT LOOKS AS THOUGH ONLY AN GLOBAL ISLAMIC LIBERATION ARMY CAN COME TO THE RESCUE WHICH MOBILISES MUSLIMS GLOBALLY. THIS IS BECAUSE ALL THE EXISTING PLAYERS CAN NOT OR WILL   NOT DELIVER.   MAY THIS BLESSED RAMADAN 1444 WHICH THE ENEMIES OF ISLAM WANT TO BESPOIL BE THE HARBINGER OF THE NEW DAWN.

THREE SACRED MOSQUES - HISTORY OF AL AQSA

AL AQSA MOSQUE : WHY IS IT SO SPECIAL IN ISLAM
https://www.trtworld.com/magazine/al-aqs...slam-66850

Israeli troops have attacked Al Aqsa, the third holiest site for Muslims, during several Ramadans. Here is what makes the place so significant within the Islamic faith.

Al Aqsa, which means the "farthest" or "the supreme" in Arabic, is a mosque that lies in the heart of the old city of Jerusalem. Muslims from all sects hold it in high esteem after two main holy sites – Mecca and Medina.

The Al Aqsa is mentioned several times in the Quran. For instance, verse 17:1 in the chapter Al Isra reads:“Glory be to Him who carried His servant by night from Al Masjid Al Haram to Al Masjid Al Aqsa; the environs of which We have blessed, that We might show him some of Our signs. Indeed He is the Hearing, the Seeing.”

The verse is in relation to Prophet Muhammad's night journey from Medina to Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem, where he performed prayers before a heavenly equine carried him through space to meet with the Divine.

According to Islamic sources, Prophet Muhammad's meeting with the Divine happened beyond the scientific realm of time and space. He was miraculously transported from Mecca's Masjid Al Haram to Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem, from where he ascended to the heavens.

The Prophet’s ascension took place during a time when he was facing intense hardship and pain from his tribe and family. He and his companions were being constantly ridiculed, humiliated and oppressed for adhering to the message of God.

The many verses of the Quran and the hadiths refer to various aspects and features of the Al Aqsa Mosque.

The Quran only mentions two mosques by name, the Masjid Al Haram in Mecca and Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem. It also refers to Al Haram, the surrounding area of the holy Kaaba, where Muslims from all over the world congregate, pray and circle around the house of God. Similarly, the Quran also describes Al Aqsa Mosque as the centre of Bayt al Maqdis, which means “the Holy Land” and “the land of barakah” or the land of salvation and peace.

In the Quran, Al Aqsa and its surrounding area is described as “blessed”. According to the Islamic worldview, the term “blessed land” means a territory over which God has granted physical and spiritual bounties from which all creation can profit.

Land of the Prophets

Almost every prophet – including those who were born elsewhere – lived in the Holy Land or had a special connection to it, which makes Al Aqsa important in the eyes of Muslims.

Prophet Muhammad has also explained the importance of Al Aqsa in light of previous Abrahamic religions.

“When Prophet Sulaiman finished building Bayt al Maqdis, he asked Allah for three things: a judgement that was in harmony with His judgment, a dominion that no one after him would have, and that no one should come to this mosque intending to pray there without emerging
free of sin as the day his mother bore him,” the hadith says, quoting the Prophet.

“Two prayers were granted, and I hope that the third was also granted.”

The prophets of the children of Israel are undoubtedly included when Muslims refer to the Holy Land as the "land of the prophets" and according to Islam, they form a continuity in the line of prophecy that ended with Prophet Muhammad.

Another example of a prophet who had a special relationship with the Holy Land and Jerusalem, in particular, is Prophet Abraham. After he destroyed the idols of his people in ancient Babylon, he had to leave the city. He eventually landed in Palestine. In the Quran, there is a mention of his new home in the Holy Land.

“But We delivered him and his nephew Lot and directed them to the Land which We have blessed for the nations.” (Al Anbiya, 21:71)

Prophet’s miraculous journey by night

The fact that Al Aqsa is the only known location on earth where all the Prophets of Allah worshipped together at the same time, led by the final Prophet Muhammad, gives it additional significance. Every prophet was present in Al Aqsa on this particular night also demonstrates the inclusive aspect of Islam, which the Quran attests to:

“Say, O Believers, ‘We believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to us; in that which was revealed to Ibrahim, Isma‘il, Ishaq, Ya‘qub, and their descendants; in that which was given to Musa and ‘Isa; and in that which was given to the Prophets from their Lord; We do not make any distinction between any of them…” (al Baqarah, 2:136)

The first Qibla for Muslims

The Quran also talks about the Al Aqsa Mosque as the first Qibla – point of direction for praying – as well as referring to its centrality in events that are to occur before the day of reckoning.

Prophet Muhammed and his companions in the initial days of Islam prayed towards the direction of Al Aqsa. Several hadiths say that a divine commandment came in the middle of his prayers, asking him to turn his face toward the Kaaba. He was the last prophet to face both Masjid Al Aqsa and the Kaaba in one single prayer.

Prophet Muhammed would often encourage his fellow Muslims to take a special journey to visit Al Aqsa, underlining that one prayer at the site is equivalent to five hundred prayers.

“You should not undertake a special journey to visit any place other than the following three mosques with the expectations of getting a greater reward: Mecca’s sacred mosque (Kaaba), my masjid (the prophet’s mosque in Medina), and Masjid Al Aqsa (of Jerusalem),” a hadith quotes the prophet as saying.

In light of these events, Al Aqsa is more than just a piece of land for Muslims worldwide. For Muslims, every Israeli attack on the sanctuary is seen as an attack on Islam.

IMPORTANCE OF QUDS DAY RALLY
https://crescent.icit-digital.org/articl...-worldwide

Today, more than ever before, the annual Quds Day rallies have assumed great importance. Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the Holy Land (Palestine) are under the control of fanatical zionists who have made no secret of their desire to wipe out the Palestinians and destroy al-Masjid al-Aqsa, the first Qibla of Muslims.

At the outset it must be pointed out that protecting Masjid al Aqsa is not the sole responsibility of the Palestinians. True, they have paid a very high price for protecting it because they happen to reside in Palestine. Tens of thousands have been killed by the marauding zionists; thousands of others are languishing in prisons that can only be described as torture chambers. Women and children are among those imprisoned in the Israeli dungeons where torture—physical, emotional and sexual—is rampant.

Muslims everywhere have a responsibility to help protect Masjid al Aqsa and the Palestinian people. This begins with highlighting the threat they face. The annual Quds Day rallies provide a great opportunity to highlight the continuous illegal occupation of al-Quds and Palestine and the suffering of the Palestinian people that have intensified even more since neo-Nazis grabbed power in Israel last December.

These unabashed racists and bigots have openly called for wiping out Palestinian villages. They even go so far as to deny the existence of the Palestinian people. Thus, as they continue with their genocidal policy, they say the Palestinians ‘do not exist’, so how can we kill them. One can imagine the uproar that would erupt, quite rightly, if someone said they want to wipe out a Jewish village or town or, the Jews as a people do not exist.

These grim circumstances force every person concerned about human life and dignity to speak out against such crimes. The Quds Day rallies that have now become a global phenomenon, provide such an opportunity. It is imperative that as many people as possible join these rallies that are held near the end of the month of Ramadan in most major cities worldwide.

Fortunately, they are no longer confined to Muslims. Many fair-minded non-Muslims also participate in these rallies because they see grievous injustice being inflicted on the Palestinian people. This intolerable situation has gone on for decades and must be brought to an end.
A point about zionism and zionists is also in order. Zionism is a racist ideology that believes in the supremacy of the Jewish people. Many leading rabbis have uttered scandalously racist statements about non-Jews. Further, since zionism is an ideology, zionists are not just the Jewish people but anyone—Christian, Muslim or Hindu—who believes in this racist ideology is a zionist. In fact, there are many Jewish people that categorically reject zionism and openly declare their opposition to it. Joe Biden, a supposed Catholic, is a rabid zionist! So are many Arabian rulers.
Why is the threat to Masjid al Aqsa so real, especially today? Zionist fanatics backed by equally fanatical Christian fundamentalists want to destroy the sacred Al-Aqsa sanctuary to build the mythical third temple there. It is quite revealing that the Christian fanatics, most of whom reside in the US, believe that unless all the Jews are assembled in Palestine, the Messiah will not return. And when he returns, he will kill all of them!

The zionists are quite happy with this interpretation peddled by Christian fundamentalists as long as they funnel billions of dollars annually to the bottomless pit called Israel. This money is used by the illegal zionist squatters and the Israeli occupation army to kill and maim Palestinians. Palestinian land is also being stolen at an alarming rate. Since the beginning of this year, the number of Palestinian casualties has skyrocketed.

The US is an accomplice in these Israeli war crimes against the Palestinians. The US protects Israel from international condemnation at such forums as the UN Security Council; it arms the zionist fanatics and not only gives direct handouts of $3.8 billion annually but also facilitates the theft of billions more through charities and other front organizations. Last month when the Silicon Valley Bank collapsed in the US, it was revealed that it had funneled billions of dollars to companies in Israel.

This reveals a vast web in which American politicians of all stripes are involved in financing the murder of Palestinians by the Israeli occupation army. American politicians are more concerned about the well-being of Israelis than the plight of the American people of whom at least 40 million live in absolute poverty.

The reason is that the pro-Israel lobby has a stranglehold on the US political system. The lobby operates outside the purview of the law. The prime example is the America-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). It is not registered as an agent of a foreign entity, a privilege afforded to no other lobby group. Thus, AIPAC operates illegally yet every American politician rushes to its annual convention to pledge allegiance—wait for it—not to the US but to Israel.

This brings us to the question of Quds Day rallies that are planned for most major cities in the Muslim world as well as in Africa, Europe and North America this year. Pretoria and Cape Town in South Africa and Zaria and Kaduna in Nigeria as well as Dar-es Salam in Tanzania are important places in Africa where major rallies are held. In North America, Toronto has the honour of hosting the largest Quds Day rally by far of any city. Large rallies are also organized in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. In Britain, the London Quds Day rally attracts very large crowds.

The huge Quds Day rallies worldwide give a severe heartburn to pro-Israel groups. They have attempted to have these rallies banned and some cowardly politicians have even talked about doing so, but under the laws of these countries, it is not possible. Zionist fanatics have attacked peaceful participants at Quds Day rallies.

By such brutal tactics, the zionists merely expose their own criminal nature. It also makes clear to people not familiar with the struggle of the Palestinian people that if they can act so violently in societies where there are some laws against such conduct, what the zionists must be doing to the Palestinians under occupation.

It is imperative for all peace and justice-loving people of all faiths and backgrounds to participate in Quds Day rallies. Once liberated, all people — Muslims, Christians and Jews — can live in peace and harmony with each other in the Holy Land.

ZIONISM’s ETHNIC CLEANSING HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE SWORD AND THE GAVEL

Since its founding, Israel has crafted legal tools to advance the ethnic cleansing of Palestine. The current judicial overhaul is part of this process and shows the state's colonization plans are accelerating. By Amjad Alqasis   August 11/12, 2023 - Information Clearing House - "Mondoweiss"

Political Zionism, as laid down in the First Zionist Congress in Basel in 1897, has been brutal from the beginning — a colonial racist movement aimed to take someone else’s land for its own exclusive use. The only way to accomplish this goal was through forced population transfer. This crime, so hideous that it is deemed a war crime and a crime against humanity, served as the foundation of Zionism as well as Israel, where the forcible removal of Palestinians and the installment of its own identified privileged settler group on that same land formed the basis of the state.

While Zionist forces have used military might over the decades to advance this goal, the Zionist movement has also sought to mask this process by placing its atrocities under a legal umbrella. In Zionist logic, not just the mighty sword but also the mighty gavel of the judge would hammer down on Palestinian rights and existence.

Legal strategies to promote colonization

The Israeli narrative itself describes its own establishment by historic birthright and political turmoil. Zionism wanted to appear modern, democratic, and enlightened — not murderous, supremacist, and authoritarian. In 1948 already, Israel issued a series of military orders to place its crimes within a set of legal regulations. The Absentee Property Military Order, later formed into the Israeli Absentee Property Law, was created to further appropriate Palestinian land and belongings by the appearance of a system ruled by the rule of law.

According to that rule, Israel declared that all Palestinian refugees and internally displaced persons who were forced out of their homes by the same regime that was prohibiting them from returning were absentees, and therefore all their land and property would be confiscated and transferred to Israeli state ownership.

Although a clear violation of international law and principle, the law facilitates ethnic cleansing through legal venues. Another example is how the state has established “legal” means to prohibit all Palestinian villages and neighborhoods from expanding in size. In practice, this has meant that since 1948 these places have been unable to grow to accommodate their inhabitants, which have quadrupled.

A similar regulation was put in place in the territory occupied in 1967, with the same devasting result. The laws and regulations Israel put in place to advance its policies of forced population transfer are almost endless. For instance, in the 1967 occupied cities and areas, more than 2,000 Israeli military orders exist alongside Ottoman, British, and Jordanian laws. Israel chooses which regulations to apply in a specific situation to get the maximum result. And if the law does not exist, a new military order is formulated.

This contradictory approach to all international legal principles forms the basis of Israel’s legal illegality.   In recent years Israel adopted laws to further curtail public freedoms, demonize all forms of Palestinian resistance as terrorism, and call all international supporters of Palestinian rights antisemites.

The 2018 Nation-State Law is a prominent example of how the Israeli political system is heading further into a majoritarian and authoritarian direction. This law simply codified long-standing existing Israeli practices, in particular, that the right to exercise national self-determination in Israel is exclusively for Jewish people, and therefore made the fundamental imbalance of being a democratic state and a Jewish state clear.

The law, in essence, declares if there is a clash between the Jewish and democratic character of the state, Jewishness precedes the latter. Such a grave restriction to democratic principles reveals Israel’s true nature and stands in direct contradiction to the decades-long mantra of being a “Jewish and democratic” state. Another example is the recently passed amendment of one of Israel’s central apartheid laws, the 2010 “Village Committees Law,” which grants neighborhoods up to 700 households to reject people from moving in to “preserve the fabric” of that community, naturally leading to Jewish-only communities.

According to Adalah, the amendment will lift the limitation on households in five years’ time, potentially granting Jewish-only admission committees power in all Israeli-controlled areas and cities throughout historic Palestine. An accelerating processIsrael designed a displacement strategy through legality to complement its mass deportations in 1948 and 1967. Population transfer is achieved by creating an overall untenable living situation that leaves no choice for the inhabitants other than to leave their homes. This strategy has taken the form of “silent” transfer, and through it, Israel attempts to avoid international attention by displacing small numbers of people on a weekly basis. However, this policy is gradually being abandoned by Israel and Zionist leaders to make room for a more aggressive displacement strategy. Today, Israeli ministers openly discuss the takeover of holy places, the erasure of whole Palestinian villages, and the deportation of large parts of the population.

It seems that Israel’s leaders, more than 75 years after the original accomplishment of Zionism, the creation of a state, are trying to complete the Zionist vision in their own lifetime. The current judicial overhaul fits into this accelerationist line of thinking. Though it should be pointed out that all Zionist Israeli institutions, including the Israeli Supreme Court as well as all preceding governments, advanced the Zionist goal of colonizing all of historic Palestine, disabling the potential judicial oversight of courts allows for much more quickly adopted and aggressive transfer policies.

Israel’s oppression and systematic dispossession of Palestinians are executed by brute force masked within a web of laws and legal mechanisms. The Zionist elites are currently working on closing any potential loopholes to that system, even though this means sacrificing their own institutions in that process. Thus, Israel will not be able to untangle itself from the web it has weaved, and when actual judicial oversight is applied, its legacy of war crimes and crimes against humanity is all that will remain.

MUSLIMS INSTEAD OF FIGHTING EACH OTHER NEED TO TURN THEIR ATTENTION AND GUNS AGAINST THEIR ENEMIES. ENEMIES SUCH AS THE ZIONISTS WHO HAVE BEEN HUMILIATING MUSLIMS GLOBALLY SINCE 1967 BY THEIR OCCUPATION OF THE FIRST QIBLA OF ISLAM. THIS IS COMMON SENSE AND WILL HAVE TRACTION. THE MOMENT IS FAST APPROACHING WHEN THE MUTAQQI ISLAMIC LEADER EMERGES AT THE RIGHT TIME. THE FORGOTTEN 6TH PILLAR OF ISLAM OF JIHAD NEEDS REVIVAL AND RE-ASSERTION OTHERWISE THE HOUSE OF ISLAM CAN NOT STAND. THE UMMAH NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DEFEND AND FIGHT TO PROTECT IT'S SANCTITIES FROM ALL USURPERS.

LET US BE CLEAR THAT THE HAMAS ATTACK OF SATURDAY OCTOBER 7 2023 WILL GO DOWN IN CONTEMPORARY MILITARY HISTORY AS A MASTERSTROKE IN ASSYMETRICAL WARFARE. SHAYKH YASEEN WILL BE SMILING AT THE FRUITS OF HIS PIONEERING ISLAMIC RESISTANCE MOVEMENT WHICH HAS  REVIVED THE ISLAMIC PRACTICE OF JIHAD IN THE CONTEMPORARY WORLD.

HAMAS HAS BEEN FORCED TO RE-INVENT ITSELF AND  RE-INVENT MODERN WARFARE IN THE LAST BATTLE AGAINST THE LAST AND MOST BRUTAL ZIONIST IMPERIALIST ROGUE STATE.

THE LINES IN THE SAND ARE BEING DRAWN OVER THE LATEST WAR IN THE ZIONIST-ISLAMIC CONFLICT.  SO IT IS TIME TO REVIEW THE INTERNATIONAL MUSLIM REACTION. AT A TIME WHEN THE USA PROVIDES UNEQUIVOCAL POLITICAL, MILITARY AND MASSIVE FINANCIAL BACKING TO THE HILT TO IT'S PROXY ZIONIST ISRAELI ROGUE STATE. WHO IS GOING TO RISE TO  THE CHALLENGE TO SUPPORT THE DESPERATE BESIEGED AND OCCUPIED PALESTINIANS?

ALSO THE CENTRALITY OF AL AQSA AND AL QUDS ONCE AGAIN  HAS RISEN DRAMATICALLY WITH THESE DEVELOPMENTS. THIS  NEEDS URGENT REVIEW AS ANY ZIONIST PROVOCATION AND DESECRATION COULD ENVELOPE THE ENTIRE REGION .

ISRAEL FACES A SURGE IN MISSILES AND ROCKETS OVER FIVE THOUSAND REPORTED

HOW ISRAEL FORMULATED A MISSILE PLAN YEARS AGO TO SHIFT THE STATUS QUO

NEW STRATEGY EMERGES TO COUNTER ISRAEL FROM MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS

ANOTHER SCENARIO FOR ISRAEL IS MAKING FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

STATEMENT BY HAMAS’s AL-QASSAM BRIGADES TOP MILITARY COMMANDER
https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/202310...-commander

On the military operation against the Israeli occupation across the borderline of the Gaza Strip, the commander-in-chief of Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Deif, states the following:

The Zionist colonial occupation occupied our Palestinian homeland and displaced our people, destroyed our towns and villages, committed hundreds of massacres against our people, killing children, women and elderly people and demolishing homes with their inhabitants inside in violation of all international norms, laws and human rights conventions.

We have previously warned the Israeli occupation against continuing their crimes and appealed to world leaders to work on putting an end to the Israeli crimes against our Palestinian people and detainees, their holy sites and homeland and to put pressure on the Israeli occupation to abide by international law and resolutions.

Neither did the Israeli occupation leaders heed our demands, nor did the world leaders act in this regard. Instead, the Israeli occupation intensified its crimes, crossing all red lines, particularly in occupied Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque – the Muslims’ first Qibla and third holiest site. The Israeli occupation forces have escalated their raids into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, desecrating  the Muslim sacred sites and repeatedly attacking worshippers, particularly women, children and elderly people. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation banned the Palestinian citizens from accessing the Al-Aqsa Mosque and allowed Israeli colonial settlers to defile the Muslim sacred site and conduct daily raids into the Muslim holy compound.

During such raids, Israeli colonial settlers performed religious rituals and prayers and blew the horn at the Al-Aqsa Mosque. They have declared their intentions to build their purported temple on the ruins of Al-Aqsa Mosque. They also insulted our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) inside the Al-Aqsa compound, tore up the Quran and brought dogs into the Muslim sacred site.

Each day, the Israeli colonial settlers attempt to impose a new fait accompli on the ground, attack the Palestinian citizens of occupied Jerusalem and steal their homes and property. The Israeli occupation has desecrated the Al-Aqsa Mosque, from which the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ascended to heaven on the Al-Isra wa Al-Mi’raj journey.

Hundreds of Palestinian citizens have been killed and wounded so far this year in crimes committed by the Israeli occupation and colonial settlers. In the meantime, the Israeli occupation is holding thousands of Palestinian detainees in its prisons, where they are subjected to the most heinous forms of oppression, torture and humiliation.

Hundreds of Palestinian detainees have been jailed for over 20 years; dozens more have suffered cancers and other diseases; several more have died as a result of medical negligence and deliberate slow-death policies. However, our calls for a humanitarian swap deal were met with rejection by the Israeli occupation.

The Israeli occupation forces storm the towns and villages of the occupied West Bank on a daily basis, raiding and ransacking Palestinian homes and shooting and detaining Palestinian citizens. Hundreds of Palestinian citizens have been killed and wounded in crimes committed by the Israeli occupation.

SOMEONE HAS TO SET AN ALARM AND SIRENS TO WARN THE UMMAH OF THE ONSET OF A DAJJALIC WAR. THE HAMAS ATTACK ON ZIONIST ISRAEL NOT ONLY SEEMS TO BE THE ISRAELI 9/11 BUT WAS INDEED A REAL 9/11. INFORMATION HAS LANDED ON OUR DESK  CONFIRMING THAT THE ZIONISTS WERE ALERTED BY EGYPT VIA FM SISI OF A MAJOR ASSAULT FROM GAZA. BUT THEY TOOK NO ACTION. EERY PARALLELS WITH THE 9/11 ATTACKS IN THE USA. THEY HAD FOREWARNING BUT LET IT HAPPEN. SO WAS THIS TO TRAP HAMAS INITIALLY BUT ALSO TO TRIGGER A REGIONAL OR WIDER WAR?

WE NEED TO TYPE OUT A DISCLAIMER IN TERMS OF WHAT WE MEAN BY 9/11. THE MSM NARRATIVE IS TO LABEL AND BLAME ALL THE EVENTS ON 9/11 ONTO FOREIGN MUSLIM ENEMY FORCES AS THE CAUSE. THIS WAS TO DEHUMANISE ARABS, MUSLIMS AND ISLAM WITH TERRORISM AND HAVE A CASUS BELLUM FOR THE GWOT. LIKEWISE THE ZIONIST ISRAELI ROGUE STATE IS MANIPULATING THE HAMAS ATTACKS TO WAGE A BRUTAL AND CRUEL WAR ON GAZA WHICH MAY TRANSFORM INTO A REGIONAL IF NOT WORLD WAR.

WE MUST STOP THE GENOCIDE OF PALESTINIANS BY THE CRUEL EVIL DAJALLIC ZIONIST GLOBALISTS. WE MUST END THE DIABOLIC DESTRUCTION OF THE GREATER MIDDLE EAST WHICH IS THE CRADLE OF CIVILISATIONS AND THE WORLD BY STOPPING WORLD WAR 3. THE BATTLE TO SAVE HUMANITY AND CIVILISATION HAS STEPPED UP DRAMATICALLY. YOU NEED TO DECIDE WHOSE SIDE YOU ARE ON?

Henry Makow

The globalists need a world war to cover up their COVID-19 [vaccine] genocide and to prevent Trump from winning in 2024.

"The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political  Zionists and the leaders of the Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other." Albert Pike's 1871 letter to Giuseppe Mazzini

The claim that the attack was a surprise is the biggest tell that this war was contrived by Israel. Indeed Netanyahu called it a "Pearl Harbor moment" referring to another false flag used to justify the US entry into World War Two. Is this war designed to touch off WW3?

Veterans of Israeli intelligence say there is no way this attack was a surprise.   The Israelis have informers in Gaza. They monitor it electronically. They must have known this was coming and decided to sacrifice hundreds of Israelis for political ends. They did the same thing in 1973.

It's a cliche that politicians start wars to effect change. Netanyahu needed a war to unite a nation badly divided by his judicial reforms. The WEF/Rothschilds/Communists need a war to evade responsibility for the creeping COVID-19 genocide and to stop Trump in 2024. They also need a distraction from the fact that the banking system is bankrupt and broken, and the Ukraine war has been a debacle.

The worst-case scenario is that Israelis will overreact and arouse the anger of the Muslim world who would then intervene, and fulfill Albert Pike's prophecy.

IS ISRAELI SUFFERING A CAUSE TO REJOICE?

We should distinguish between the policies of the right-wing Israeli government and the beliefs of individual Israelis who have no more control over their government than we do.

We have been fed a daily diet of Israeli abuse of the Palestinians - settlers burning olive orchards, snipers shooting children. An Israeli mob just overran the Al Aqsa mosque.

I think most Israelis would adopt a two-state solution given the chance.
Israelis are being victimized again by their own government. Jews had to be tricked into invading Palestine by the Zionists who sponsored anti-Semitism and Hitler.

THE WEST’s HYPOCRISY TOWARDS GAZA’s BREAKOUT IS STOMACH TURNING

Jonathan Cook
There will be little sympathy in the West as, yet again, besieged Palestinians are bombed by Israel, the immense suffering justified by the term ‘Israeli retaliation’

Palestinian civilians in wait as rescue efforts continue among the rubble of the Ebu Dakka building, destroyed by Israeli fighter jets in Khan Younis, Gaza, on 7 October 2023 (Reuters)
The current outpouring of sympathy for Israel should make anyone with half a heart wretch.
Not because it is not awful that Israeli civilians are dying and suffering in such large numbers.
But because Palestinian civilians in Gaza have faced repeated rampages from Israel decade after decade, producing far more suffering, but have never elicited a fraction of the concern currently being expressed by western politicians or publics.

The West’s hypocrisy over Palestinian fighters killing and wounding hundreds of Israelis and holding dozens more hostage in communities surrounding and inside besieged Gaza is stark indeed.

This is the first time Palestinians, caged in the coastal enclave, have managed to inflict a significant strike against Israel vaguely comparable to the savagery Palestinians in Gaza have faced repeatedly since they were entombed in a cage more than 15 years ago, when Israel began its blockade by land, sea and air in 2007.

Western media are calling the jailbreak and attack by Palestinians from Gaza “unprecedented” – and the most dismal intelligence failing by Israel since it was caught off-guard during the Yom Kippur War exactly 50 years ago.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accused Hamas, which nominally runs the open-air prison of Gaza, of starting “a cruel and evil war”. But the truth is that the Palestinians have “started” nothing. They have managed, after so much struggle, to find a way to hurt their tormentor.

Inevitably for the Palestinians, as Netanyahu also observed, “the price will be heavy” – especially for civilians. Israel will inflict on the prisoners the severest punishment for their impudence.
Watch how little sympathy and concern there will be from the West for the many Palestinian men, women and children who are killed once again by Israel. Their immense suffering will be obscured, and justified, by the term “Israeli retaliation”.

The real lessons
All the current analysis focusing on Israel’s intelligence “blunders” distracts from the real lesson of these rapidly evolving events. No one really cared while Gaza’s Palestinans were subjected to a blockade imposed by Israel that denied them the essentials of life. The few dozen Israelis being held hostage by Hamas fighters pale in comparison with the two million Palestinians held hostage by Israel in an open-air prison for nearly two decades.

No one really cared when it emerged that Gaza’s Palestinians had been put on a “starvation diet” by Israel – only limited food was allowed in, calculated to keep the population barely fed.
No one really cared when Israel bombed the coastal enclave every few years, killing many hundreds of Palestinian civilians each time. Israel simply called it “mowing the lawn”. The destruction of vast areas of Gaza, what Israeli generals boasted of as returning the enclave to the Stone Age, was formalised as a military strategy known as the “Dahiya doctrine“.

No one really cared when Israeli snipers targeted nurses, youngsters and people in wheelchairs who came out to protest against their imprisonment by Israel. Many thousands were left as amputees after those snipers received orders to shoot the protesters indiscriminately in the legs or ankles.

Western concern at the deaths of Israeli civilians at the hands of Palestinian fighters is hard to stomach. Have not many hundreds of Palestinian children died over the past 15 years in Israel’s repeated bombing campaigns on Gaza? Did their lives not count as much as Israeli lives – and if not, why not?

After so much indifference for so long, it is difficult to hear the sudden horror from western governments and media because Palestinians have finally found a way – mirroring Israel’s inhumane, decades-long policy – to fight back effectively.
This moment rips off the mask and lays bare the undisguised racism that masquerades as moral concern in western capitals.

Hypocrisy distilled
Distilling that hypocrisy is Volodymr Zelenskiy, Ukraine‘s president. At the weekend, he issued a lengthy tweet condemning Palestinians as “terrorists” and offering Israel his unwavering support.
He averred that “Israel’s right to self-defense is unquestionable”, adding: “The world must stand united and in solidarity so that terror does not attempt to break or subjugate life anywhere and at any moment.”

The inversion of reality is breath-taking. The Palestinians cannot “subjugate life” in Israel. They have no such power, even if a few briefly managed to break out of their cage. It is Israel that has been subjugating Palestinian life for decades.

Not all forms of “terrorism”, it seems, are equal in the eyes of Zelenskiy, or his patrons in western capitals. Certainly, not the state terrorism of Israel that has made Palestinian lives a misery for decades.

How does Israel have an “unquestionable right” to “defend itself” from the Palestinians whose territory it occupies and controls? Israel, the much stronger, belligerent party, is now laying waste to Gaza “in retaliation”, as the BBC puts it, for the latest Palestinian attack.

So on what grounds will Zelenskiy or his officials be able to condemn Moscow when it fires missiles “in retaliation” for Ukraine’s strikes on Russian territory? How, if Palestinian resistance to Israel’s occupation of Gaza is terrorism, as Zelenskiy asserts, is Ukrainain resistance to Russian occupation not equally terrorism?

No hiding place
By indulging Israel in its deceptions, Israel’s allies have allowed it to perpetrate ever more outrageous lies. At the weekend, Netanyahu warned Palestinians in Gaza to “leave now” because Israeli forces were preparing to “act with all force”.

But Netanyahu knows, as do his western enablers, that Gaza’s population has nowhere to flee. There is no hiding place. Palestinians have been sealed into Gaza since Israel besieged it by land, sea and air.

The only Palestinians able to “leave Gaza” are the armed factions who broke out of their Israeli-imposed jail and are being denounced as “terrorists” by western politicians and media.
Western governments so horrified by the Palestinian attack on Israel are also the governments that are remaining silent as Israel turns off the electricity to the prison that is Gaza – again in supposed “retaliation”.

The collective punishment of two million Palestinians in Gaza, dependent on Israel for power because Israel surrounds and controls every aspect of their lives in the enclave, is a war crime
Strangely, western officials understand it is a war crime when Russia bombs power stations in Ukraine, turning off the lights. They scream for Russian President Vladimir Putin to be dragged to the International Criminal Court in the Hague. So why is it so difficult for them to understand the parallels of what Israel is doing to Gaza?

Daring escape
There are two immediate, and contrasting, lessons to be learnt from what has happened this weekend. The first is that the human spirit cannot be caged indefinitely. Palestinians in Gaza have been constantly devising new ways to break free from their chains.

They have built a network of tunnels, most of which Israel has located and destroyed. They have fired rockets that are invariably shot down by ever more sophisticated interception systems. They have protested en masse at the heavily fortified fences, topped by guntowers, Israel surrounded them with – only to be shot by snipers.

Now they have staged a daring escape. Israel will batter the enclave back into submission with massive bombardments, but only “in retaliation”, of course. The Palestinians’ craving for freedom and dignity will not be diminished. Another form of resistance, doubtless more brutal still, will emerge.

And the parties most responsible for that brutality will be Israel and the West that supports it so lavishly, because Israel refuses to stop brutalising the Palestinians it forces to live under its rule.
nullA Palestinian child takes shelter with his family at a school affiliated with the United Nations due to Israeli bombardments in Gaza City on 8 October 2023 (Reuters)

The second lesson is that Israel, endlessly indulged by its western patrons, still has no incentive to internalise the fundamental truth above. The rhetoric of its current government of facists and Jewish supremacists may be particularly ugly, but there is a broad consensus among Israelis of all political stripes that the Palestinians must continue to be oppressed.

Which is why the so-called opposition will not hesitate to support the military pounding of the long besieged enclave of Gaza, killing yet more Palestinian civilians to “teach them a lesson”, a lesson no one in Israel can articulate beyond asserting that Palestinians must accept their permanent inferiority and imprisonment.

Already, the “good Israelis” – opposition leaders Yair Lapid and Benny Gantz – are in discussions with Neyanyahu to join him in an “emergency unity government”.
What “emergency”? The emergency of Palestinians demanding the right not to live as prisoners in their own homeland.

Israelis and westerners can continue their mental gymnastics to justify the Palestinians’ oppression and refuse them any right to resist. But their hypocrisy and self-deceptions stand exposed for the rest of the world to see.

WHAT DOES ISRAEL EXPECT?
Israel is convinced greater levels of violence will finally crush Palestinian aspirations; it is mistaken.
Chris Hedges

The indiscriminate shootings of Israelis by Hamas and other Palestinian resistance organizations, the kidnapping of civilians, the barrage of rockets into Israel, drone attacks on a variety of targets from tanks to automated machine gun nests, are the familiar language of the Israeli occupier. Israel has spoken this blood-soaked language of violence to the Palestinians since Zionist militias seized more than 78% of historic Palestine, destroyed some 530 Palestinian villages and cities, and killed about 15,000 Palestinians in more than 70 massacres. Some 750,000 Palestinians were ethnically cleansed between 1947 and 1949 to create the state of Israel in 1948.

Israel’s response to these armed incursions will be a genocidal assault on Gaza. Israel will kill dozens of Palestinians for every Israeli killed. Hundreds of Palestinians have already died in Israel air assaults since the launch of “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” on Saturday morning, which left 700 Israelis dead.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Palestinians in Gaza on Sunday to “leave now,” because Israel is going to “turn all Hamas hiding places into rubble.”  But where are Palestinians in Gaza supposed to go? Israel and Egypt blockade the land borders. There is no exit by air or sea, which are controlled by Israel.  The collective retribution against innocents is a familiar tactic employed by colonial rulers. We used it against Native Americans and later in the Philippines and Vietnam. The Germans used it against the Herero and Namaqua in Namibia. The British in Kenya and Malaya. The Nazis used it in the areas they occupied in the Soviet Union, Eastern, and Central Europe. Israel follows the same playbook. Death for death. Atrocity for atrocity. But it is always the occupier who initiates this macabre dance and trades piles of corpses for higher piles of corpses.

This is not to defend the war crimes by either side. It is not to rejoice in the attacks. I have seen enough violence in the Israeli occupied territories, where I covered the conflict for seven years, to loathe violence. But this is the familiar denouement to all settler-colonial projects. Regimes implanted and maintained by violence engender violence. The Haitian war of liberation. The Mau Mau in Kenya. The African National Congress in South Africa. These uprisings do not always succeed, but they follow familiar patterns. The Palestinians, like all colonized people, have a right to armed resistance under international law.

Israel never had any interest in an equitable settlement with the Palestinians. It built an apartheid state and has steadily absorbed larger and larger tracts of Palestinian land in a slow motion campaign of ethnic cleansing. It turned Gaza in 2007 into the world’s largest open air prison.
What does Israel, or the world community, expect? How can you trap 2.3 million people in Gaza, half of whom are unemployed, in one of the most densely populated spots on the planet for 16 years; reduce the lives of its residents, half of whom are children, to a subsistence level; deprive them of basic medical supplies, food, water, and electricity; use attack aircraft, artillery, mechanized units, missiles, naval guns, and infantry units to randomly slaughter unarmed civilians and not expect a violent response? Israel is currently carrying out waves of aerial assaults on Gaza, preparing a ground invasion and has cut the power to Gaza, which usually only operates two to four hours per day.
Many of the resistance fighters who infiltrated into Israel undoubtedly knew they would be killed. But like resistance fighters in other wars of liberation they decided that if they could not choose how they would live, they would choose how they would die.

I was a close friend of Alina Margolis-Edelman who was part of the armed resistance in the Warsaw Ghetto uprising in World War II. Her husband, Marek Edelman, was the deputy commander of the uprising and the only leader to survive the war. The Nazis had sealed 400,000 Polish Jews inside the Warsaw Ghetto. The trapped Jews died in the thousands, from starvation, disease, and indiscriminate violence. When the Nazis began to transport the remaining Jews to the extermination camps the resistance fighters fought back. None expected to survive.
Edelman, after the war, condemned Zionism as a racist ideology used to justify the theft of Palestinian land. He sided with the Palestinians, supported their armed resistance, and met frequently with Palestinians leaders. He thundered against Israel’s appropriation of the Holocaust to justify its repression of the Palestinian people. While Israel dined out on the mythology of the ghetto uprising, it treated the only surviving leader of the uprising, who refused to leave Poland, as a pariah. Edelman understood that the lesson of the Holocaust and the ghetto uprising was not that Jews are morally superior or eternal victims. History, Edelman said, belongs to everyone. The oppressed, including the Palestinians, had a right to fight for equality, dignity, and liberty.

“To be a Jew means always being with the oppressed and never the oppressors,” Edelman said.

The Warsaw uprising has long inspired the Palestinians. Representatives of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) used to lay a wreath at the annual commemoration of the uprising in Poland at the Warsaw Ghetto monument. The more violence the colonizer expends to subdue the occupied, the more it transforms itself into a monster. The current government of Israel is populated by Jewish extremists, fanatic Zionists, and religious bigots who are dismantling Israeli democracy and calling for the wholesale expulsion or murder of Palestinians, including those who live inside Israel.

The Israeli philosopher Yeshayahu Leibowitz, whom Isiah Berlin called “the conscience of Israel,” warned that if Israel did not separate church and state it would give rise to a corrupt rabbinate that would warp Judaism into a fascistic cult.
“Religious nationalism is to religion what National Socialism was to socialism,” said Leibowitz, who died in 1994.
He understood that the blind veneration of the military, especially after the 1967 war that captured Egypt’s Sinai, Gaza, the West Bank (including East Jerusalem), and Syria’s Golan Heights, was dangerous and would lead to the ultimate destruction of Israel, along with any hope of democracy.

“Our situation will deteriorate to that of a second Vietnam, to a war in constant escalation without prospect of ultimate resolution,” he warned.
He foresaw that “the Arabs would be the working people and the Jews the administrators, inspectors, officials, and police—mainly secret police. A state ruling a hostile population of 1.5 million to 2 million foreigners would necessarily become a secret-police state, with all that this implies for education, free speech, and democratic institutions. The corruption characteristic of every colonial regime would also prevail in the State of Israel. The administration would have to suppress Arab insurgency on the one hand and acquire Arab Quislings on the other. There is also good reason to fear that the Israel Defense Force, which has been until now a people’s army, would, as a result of being transformed into an army of occupation, degenerate, and its commanders, who will have become military governors, resemble their colleagues in other nations.”

He saw that prolonged occupation of the Palestinians would inevitably spawn “concentration camps.”
“Israel,” he said, “would not deserve to exist, and it will not be worthwhile to preserve it.”
The next stage of this struggle will be a massive campaign of industrial slaughter in Gaza by Israel, which has already begun. Israel is convinced greater levels of violence will finally crush Palestinian aspirations. Israel is mistaken. The terror Israel inflicts is the terror it will get.

LEST WE FORGET : PALESTINE IS STILL THE ISSUE
John Pilger
Israelis will never have peace until they recognize that Palestinians have the same right to the same peace and independence that they enjoy.

When I first went to Palestine as a young reporter in the 1960s, I stayed on a kibbutz. The people I met were hard-working, spirited and called themselves socialists. I liked them. One evening at dinner, I asked about the silhouettes of people in the far distance, beyond our perimeter.
“Arabs”, they said, “nomads”.

The words were almost spat out. Israel, they said, meaning Palestine, had been mostly wasteland and one of the great feats of the Zionist enterprise was to turn the desert green.

They gave as an example their crop of Jaffa oranges, which was exported to the rest of the world. What a triumph against the odds of nature and humanity’s neglect.

It was the first lie. Most of the orange groves and vineyards belonged to Palestinians who had been tilling the soil and exporting oranges and grapes to Europe since the eighteenth century. The former Palestinian town of Jaffa was known by its previous inhabitants as “the place of sad oranges”.

On the kibbutz, the word “Palestinian” was never used. “Why?” I asked. The answer was a troubled silence.

All over the colonized world, the true sovereignty of Indigenous people is feared by those who can never quite cover the fact, and the crime, that they live on stolen land. Denying people’s humanity is the next step – as the Jewish people know only too well. Defiling people’s dignity and culture and pride follows as logically as violence.

In Ramallah, following an invasion of the West Bank by the late Ariel Sharon in 2002, I walked through streets of crushed cars and demolished houses, to the Palestinian Cultural Center. Until that morning, Israeli soldiers had camped there.

I was met by the center’s director, novelist Liana Badr, whose original manuscripts lay scattered and torn across the floor. The hard drive containing her fiction, and a library of plays and poetry had been taken by Israeli soldiers. Almost everything was smashed and defiled.

Not a single book survived with all its pages; not a single master tape from one of the best collections of Palestinian cinema.

The soldiers had urinated and defecated on the floors, on desks, on embroideries and works of art. They had smeared faeces on children’s paintings and written – in shit – “Born to kill.”
Badr had tears in her eyes, but she was unbowed. She said, “We will make it right again.”
What enrages those who colonize, occupy, steal, oppress, vandalize and defile is their victims’ refusal to comply. And this is the tribute we should all pay the Palestinians. They refuse to comply. They go on. They wait – until they fight again. And they do so even when those governing them collaborate with their oppressors.

In the midst of the 2014 Israeli bombardment of Gaza, the Palestinian journalist Mohammed Omer never stopped reporting. He and his family were stricken; he queued for food and water and carried it through the rubble. When I phoned him, I could hear the bombs outside his door. He refused to comply.

Omer’s reports, illustrated by his graphic photographs, were a model of professional journalism that shamed the compliant and craven reporting of the so-called mainstream in Britain and the United States. The BBC notion of objectivity – amplifying the myths and lies of authority, a practice of which it is proud – is shamed every day by the likes of Mohamed Omer.

For more than 40 years, I have recorded the refusal of the people of Palestine to comply with their oppressors: Israel, the United States, Britain and the European Union. Since 2008, Britain alone has granted licences for export to Israel of arms and missiles, drones and sniper rifles, worth US$566 million.

Those who have stood up to this, without weapons, those who have refused to comply, are among Palestinians I have been privileged to know.

My friend, the late Mohammed Jarella, who toiled for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in 1967, showed me a Palestinian refugee camp for the first time. It was a bitter winter’s day and schoolchildren shook with the cold. “One day …” he would say. “One day …”

Mustafa Barghouti, whose eloquence remains undimmed, who described the tolerance that existed in Palestine among Jews, Muslims and Christians until, as he told me, “the Zionists wanted  a state at the expense of the Palestinians.”

Dr. Mona El-Farra, a physician in Gaza, whose passion was raising money for plastic surgery for children disfigured by Israeli bullets and shrapnel. Her hospital was flattened by Israeli bombs in 2014.

Dr. Khalid Dahlan, a psychiatrist, whose clinics for children in Gaza — children sent almost mad by Israeli violence — were oases of civilization.

Fatima and Nasser are a couple whose home stood in a village near Jerusalem designated “Zone A and B,” meaning that the land was declared for Jews only. Their parents had lived there; their grandparents had lived there. Today, the bulldozers are laying roads for Jews only, protected by laws for Jews only.

It was past midnight when Fatima went into labor with their second child. The baby was premature; and when they arrived at a checkpoint with the hospital in view, the young Israeli soldier said they needed another document.

Fatima was bleeding badly. The soldier laughed and imitated her moans and told them, “Go home”. The baby was born there in a truck. It was blue with cold and soon, without care, died from exposure. The baby’s name was Sultan.

For Palestinians, these will be familiar stories. The question is: why are they not familiar in London and Washington, Brussels and Sydney?

In Syria, a recent liberal cause — a George Clooney cause — is bankrolled handsomely in Britain and the United States, even though the beneficiaries, the so-called rebels, are dominated by jihadist fanatics, the product of the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq and the destruction of modern Libya.

And yet, the longest occupation and resistance in modern times is not recognized. When the United Nations suddenly stirs and defines Israel as an apartheid state, as it did this year, there is outrage – not against a state whose “core purpose” is racism but against a U.N. commission that dared break the silence.

“Palestine,” said Nelson Mandela, “is the greatest moral issue of our time.”
Why is this truth suppressed, day after day, month after month, year after year?
On Israel — the apartheid state, guilty of a crime against humanity and of more international law-breaking than any other — the silence persists among those who know and whose job it is to keep the record straight.

On Israel, so much journalism is intimidated and controlled by a groupthink that demands silence on Palestine while honourable journalism has become dissidence: a metaphoric underground.
A single word – “conflict” – enables this silence. “The Arab-Israeli conflict,” intone the robots at their teleprompters. When a veteran BBC reporter, a man who knows the truth, refers to “two narratives,” the moral contortion is complete.

There is no conflict, no two narratives, with their moral fulcrum. There is a military occupation enforced by a nuclear-armed power backed by the greatest military power on earth; and there is an epic injustice.

The word “occupation” may be banned, deleted from the dictionary. But the memory of historical truth cannot be banned: of the systematic expulsion of Palestinians from their homeland. “Plan D” the Israelis called it in 1948.

The Israeli historian Benny Morris describes how David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister, was asked by one of his generals: “What shall we do with the Arabs?” The prime minister, wrote Morris, “made a dismissive, energetic gesture with his hand”. “Expel them!” he said.
Seventy years later, this crime is suppressed in the intellectual and political culture of the West. Or it is debatable, or merely controversial. Highly-paid journalists eagerly accept Israeli government trips, hospitality and flattery, then are truculent in their protestations of independence. The term, “useful idiots,” was coined for them.

In 2011, I was struck by the ease with which one of Britain’s most acclaimed novelists, Ian McEwan, a man bathed in the glow of bourgeois enlightenment, accepted the Jerusalem Prize for literature in the apartheid state.

Would McEwan have gone to Sun City in apartheid South Africa? They gave prizes there, too, all expenses paid. McEwan justified his action with weasel words about the independence of “civil society.”

Propaganda — of the kind McEwan delivered, with its token slap on the wrists for his delighted hosts — is a weapon for the oppressors of Palestine. Like sugar, it insinuates almost everything today.

Understanding and deconstructing state and cultural propaganda is our most critical task. We are being frog-marched into a second Cold War, whose eventual aim is to subdue and balkanise Russia and intimidate China.

When Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin spoke privately for more than two hours at the G20 meeting in Hamburg, apparently about the need not to go to war with each other, the most vociferous objectors were those who have commandeered liberalism, such as the Zionist political writer of the Guardian.

“No wonder Putin was smiling in Hamburg,” wrote Jonathan Freedland.
“He knows he has succeeded in his chief objective: he has made America weak again.” Cue the hissing for Evil Vlad.

These propagandists have never known war but they love the imperial game of war. What Ian McEwan calls “civil society” has become a rich source of related propaganda.
Take a term often used by the guardians of civil society — “human rights.” Like another noble concept, “democracy,” “human rights” has been all but emptied of its meaning and purpose.
Like “peace process” and “roadmap,” human rights in Palestine have been hijacked by Western governments and the corporate NGOs they fund and which claim a quixotic moral authority.
So when Israel is called upon by governments and NGOs to “respect human rights” in Palestine, nothing happens, because they all know there is nothing to fear; nothing will change.

Mark the silence of the European Union, which accommodates Israel while refusing to maintain its commitments to the people of Gaza — such as keeping the lifeline of the Rafah border crossing open: a measure it agreed to as part of its role in the cessation of fighting in 2014. A seaport for Gaza, agreed by Brussels in 2014, has been abandoned.

The U.N. commission I have referred to — its full name is the U.N. Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia — described Israel as, and I quote, “designed for the core purpose” of racial discrimination.

Millions understand this. What the governments in London, Washington, Brussels and Tel Aviv cannot control is that humanity at street level is changing perhaps as never before.
People everywhere are stirring and are more aware, in my view, than ever before. Some are already in open revolt. The atrocity of Grenfell Tower in London has brought communities together in a vibrant almost national resistance.

Thanks to a people’s campaign, the judiciary is today examining the evidence of a possible prosecution of Tony Blair for war crimes. Even if this fails, it is a crucial development, dismantling yet another barrier between the public and its recognition of the voracious nature of the crimes of state power — the systemic disregard for humanity perpetrated in Iraq, in Grenfell Tower, in Palestine. Those are the dots waiting to be joined.

For most of the 21st century, the fraud of corporate power posing as democracy has depended on the propaganda of distraction: largely on a cult of “me-ism” designed to disorientate our sense of looking out for others, of acting together, of social justice and internationalism.

Class, gender and race were wrenched apart. The personal became the political and the media the message. The promotion of bourgeois privilege was presented as “progressive” politics. It wasn’t. It never is. It is the promotion of privilege and power.

Among young people, internationalism has found a vast new audience. Look at the support for Jeremy Corbyn and the reception the G20 circus in Hamburg received. By understanding the truth and imperatives of internationalism, and rejecting colonialism, we understand the struggle of Palestine.

Mandela put it this way: “We know only too well that our freedom is incomplete without the freedom of the Palestinians.” At the heart of the Middle East is the historic injustice in Palestine. Until that is resolved, and Palestinians have their freedom and homeland, there will be no peace in the region, or perhaps anywhere.

What Mandela was saying is that freedom itself is precarious while powerful governments can deny justice to others, terrorize others, imprison and kill others, in our name. Israel certainly understands the threat that one day it might have to be normal.

That is why its ambassador to Britain is Mark Regev, well known to journalists as a professional propagandist, and why the “huge bluff” of charges of anti-Semitism, as Ilan Pappe called it, was allowed to contort the Labour Party and undermine Corbyn as leader. The point is, it did not succeed.

Events are moving quickly now. The remarkable Boycott, Disinvestment and Sanctions campaign, BDS, is succeeding, day by day; cities and towns, trade unions and student bodies are endorsing it. The British government’s attempt to restrict local councils from enforcing BDS has failed in the courts.

These are not straws in the wind. When the Palestinians rise again, as they will, they may not succeed at first, but they will eventually if we understand that they are us, and we are them.

THE BLOOD OF GAZA IS ON THE WESTs HANDS AS MUCH AS ISRAEL's
Israel is on the rampage again and Gaza’s population is facing a quiet, slow path to erasure. The ones funding and enabling it are the US and its European allies

The bloodiest hand in the current slaughter of Palestinians and Israelis belongs not to Hamas or the Netanyahu government, but to the West.Yes, Palestinian fighters carried out a brutal attack at the weekend on Israeli settlements on the edge of the Gaza Strip. But this attack did not emerge from nowhere, or without warning. It was not “unprovoked”, as Israel would like us to believe.
In fact, western capitals know exactly how much the Palestinians of Gaza have been provoked, because those same governments have been complicit for decades in supporting Israel as it has ethnically cleansed Palestinians from their homeland and imprisoned the remnants of the population in ghettoes across their homeland.
For the past 16 years, western backing for Israel has not wavered, even as Israel has turned the coastal enclave of Gaza from the world’s largest open-air prison into a gruesome torture chamber, where Palestinians are experimented on.
Their food and power have been rationed, essentials of life denied to them, their access to drinkable water slowly removed, and their hospitals prevented from receiving medical supplies and equipment.
The problem is not ignorance. Western governments have been informed in real-time of the crimes Israel is committing: in confidential cables from their own embassy officials, and in endless reports from human rights groups documenting Israel’s apartheid rule over Palestinians. And yet western politicians have time and again done nothing to intervene, done nothing to exert meaningful pressure. Worse, they have rewarded Israel with endless military, financial and diplomatic support.
‘Human animals’
The West is no less responsible now as Israel steps up its barbaric treatment of Gaza. Defence Minister Yoav Gallant decided this week to deepen the siege on Gaza by stopping all food and power – a crime against humanity. He has referred to the enclave’s caged Palestinian population – men, women and children – as “human animals”.
How has the West responded?
President Joe Biden has declared – approvingly – that a “long war” is ahead between Israel and Hamas. Washington seems to relish long wars, which always prove a boon to its arms industries and a distraction from domestic troubles.
A US aircraft carrier is on its way. Officials are already preparing to send missiles and bombs that will be used once again to kill Palestinian civilians from the air, as well as ammunition for Israel’s troops to strafe Palestinian communities during the coming ground invasion.
And, of course, there will be plenty of extra funding for Israel – money that can never be found when it is needed by the most vulnerable US citizens. Those funds will be on top of the nearly $4bn Washington currently sends each year to an Israeli government of self-declared fascists and ethnic supremacists whose express aim is to annex the last remaining fragments of Palestinian territory – as soon as they can get the green light from Washington.
Britain’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak does not want to be outdone, as Israel inflicts collective punishment on Gaza’s Palestinians and begins to slaughter them every bit as indiscriminately as Hamas did Israeli partygoers at the weekend.
A giant, illuminated Israeli flag was emblazoned on the facade of the best-known home in Britain: 10 Downing Street, Sunak’s official residence. The prime minister has offered “military assistance” and “intelligence”, presumably to help Israel bomb Gaza’s caged population.
Suffer in silence
The truth is that this moment of catastrophe could never have been reached without western powers indulging, subsidising and providing diplomatic cover for Israel’s brutality towards the Palestinian people, decade after decade.
Without such unstinting support, and without a complicit western media refashioning the land thefts by settlers and the oppression by soldiers as some kind of “humanitarian crisis”, Israel could never have gotten away with its crimes.
It would have been forced to reach a proper accommodation with the Palestinians – not the bogus Oslo accords that were intended only to ensnare the “good” Palestinian leadership into colluding in their own people’s subjugation.
Israel would also have been forced to genuinely normalise with its Arab neighbours, not browbeat them into accepting a Pax Americana in the Middle East.Instead, Israel has been free to pursue a policy of relentless escalation, sold by the western media as “calm” or “quiet” – until Palestinians try to hit back at their tormentors. Only then is the term “escalation” used. It is always Palestinians “escalating tensions”. The permanent state of oppression inflicted by Israel can then be safely acknowledged and relabelled as “retaliation”.
Palestinians are expected to suffer in silence. Because when they make a noise, it risks reminding western publics of how bogus, how self-serving western leaders’ appeals to the “rules-based order” truly are.
‘Back to the Stone Age’
Where does this endless indulgence from the West ultimately lead?
Already, Israel is emboldened to make much more explicit its policy towards Gaza’s two million inhabitants. There is a word for that policy, one we are not supposed to use to avoid causing offence to those implementing it, as well as those who quietly support its implementation.
Whether by design or outcome, Israel’s starving of civilians, leaving them with no power, depriving them of clean water, and preventing hospitals from treating the sick and wounded – from treating those Israel has bombed – is a genocidal policy.
Western governments know this too. Because Israeli leaders have made no secret of what they are doing. Fifteen years ago, shortly after Israel instituted its stifling siege on Gaza by land, sea and air, the then deputy defence minister, Matan Vilnai, averred that Israel was ready to carry out a “Shoah” – the Hebrew word for Holocaust – on Gaza. If the Palestinians were to avoid this fate, he said, they must keep quiet at their internment.
Six years later, Ayelet Shaked, who would soon be appointed a senior Israeli minister, declared all Palestinians in Gaza to be “the enemy”, and included “its elderly and its women, its cities and its villages, its property and its infrastructure”.She called on Israel to kill the mothers of Palestinian fighters resisting the occupation so they could not give birth to more “little snakes” – Palestinian children.
During the 2019 general election, Benny Gantz, then leader of the opposition and soon-to-be defence minister, campaigned with a video celebrating his time as head of the Israeli military, when “parts of Gaza were sent back to the Stone Age”.
In 2016, another general, Yair Golan, who at the time was the Israeli military’s second in command, described developments in Israel as echoing the period in Germany leading up to the Holocaust.
When asked to comment on Golan’s remark during an interview this year, retired general Amiram Levin agreed that Israel was becoming more like Nazi Germany. “It hurts, it’s not nice, but that’s the reality.”
Blood of Gaza
Western leaders watched through all this: as Palestinian civilians – half the enclave’s population are children – were kept hungry, were denied drinkable water, were refused electricity, were denied proper medical care, and were repeatedly subjected to horrifying bombardments.
From one side of its mouth, the West pretended to agonise about the legal niceties of “proportionality”. From the other side of its mouth, it cheered Israel on. It spoke of “unbreakable bonds”, of “unquestionable rights”, of “self-defence”. It echoed figures like Gallant. The Palestinians weren’t humans with agency. They weren’t people striving for their freedom and dignity.
They weren’t a people resisting their occupation and dispossession, as they were fully entitled to do under international law – a right the world celebrates when it comes to Ukrainians.
No, they were either the victims or the supporters of their “terrorist” leaders. As such, they were treated by the West as though they had forfeited any right to be heard, to be valued, to be treated as human.
Western politicians and media expect the Palestinians of Gaza to stay in their torture chamber, bite their lips and suffer in silence so consciences in the West are not disturbed. It has to be said. Gaza’s population is facing a quiet, slow path to erasure. And the ones funding it, the ones enabling it, are the US and its European allies. Their hands are the ones drenched in the blood of Gaza.

LEVEL THE PLACE
Declares Lindsey Graham as Israel Does Exactly That to Gaza
South Carolina Republican’s comment nothing short of “incitement to genocide.”
Brett Wilkins
Human rights defenders on Wednesday accused U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham of “incitement to genocide” after the South Carolina Republican urged Israeli forces to destroy Gaza—and he wasn’t the only prominent GOP figure to make such an incendiary call.

Appearing on Fox News on Tuesday night, Graham asserted that “we are in a religious war here, I am with Israel. Whatever the hell you have to do to defend yourselves; level the place.”
In a social media post, U.S. political analyst, author, and activist Josh Ruebner tagged the International Criminal Court with the caption, “ATTN… Incitement to genocide.”

Critics noted that as Graham was calling for the destruction of Gaza, Israeli forces were actually doing just that. A surprise infiltration attack by Gaza-based militants killed more than 1,200 Israelis since the weekend, and Israel has responded by launching a massive assault on the already-besieged Gaza Strip—home to around 2.3 million Palestinians, nearly half of them children—by air, land, and sea.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to exact a “mighty vengeance,” while members of his far-right government made even more inflammatory statements, including Knesset lawmaker Ariel Kallner’s call for a “Nakba that will overshadow the Nakba of ’48. Kallner was referring to the ethnic cleansing of over 750,000 Arabs from Palestine during the founding of the modern state of Israel in 1947-48.

“This war is not only against Hamas,” Israeli Foreign Minister Emmanuel Nahshon said on Wednesday, vowing the “complete and unequivocal defeat of the enemy, at any cost.”
Since Saturday, Israeli air and artillery attacks have struck civilian targets including apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, mosques, and the Jabalia refugee camp, Gaza’s largest.
At least 1,100 Palestinians—including at least 326 children—have been killed in Israeli attacks, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. As was the case in previous Israeli assaults on Gaza, entire families have been wiped out.

The emphasis, Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari explained Tuesday, “is on damage and not on accuracy.”  Additionally, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Monday announced a “complete siege” of Gaza, which was followed by an intensification of a 16-year blockade of the densely populated strip. Israel is blocking food and fuel from entering Gaza and has cut off its electricity—actions that experts say amount to war crimes.

In stark contrast with the intense American corporate media coverage of the Hamas massacres in southern Israel, there has been little mention in the mainstream media of the Palestinian death toll in the U.S.-backed war.

Meanwhile, other prominent Republicans have taken to corporate and social media to make similar calls to Graham’s.Appearing on Fox News over the weekend, 2024 GOP presidential candidate and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley implored Netanayahu to “finish” the Palestinians, a remark Palestinian author and journalist Ramzy Baroud described as “an outright call for genocide.”

On Monday, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) wrote on social media that “Israel must respond DISPROPORTIONATELY to this and any future attacks.” Disproportionate attacks are war crimes under the Fourth Geneva Convention.
Responding to Israel’s brutal assault, U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said Wednesday: “Let us not forget that half of the 2 million people in Gaza are children. Children and innocent people do not deserve to be punished for the acts of Hamas.” “The targeting of civilians is a war crime,” Sanders added, “no matter who does it.”

The U.S.-based group Jewish Voice for Peace on Wednesday blasted “U.S. government officials [who] are spreading racist, hateful, and incendiary rhetoric that will fuel mass atrocities and genocide.”

“We call on all people of conscience to stop the imminent genocide of Palestinians,” the group added. ” We demand our government work towards de-escalation, that it immediately stop sending weapons to the Israeli military. A future of peace and safety for all, grounded in justice, freedom, and equality for all, is still the only option.”

THE PALESTINIAN STRUGGLE AGAINST THE IRON WALL
Eleyan Sawafta
https://www.islamicity.org/90569/the-pal...erer=ecast

Ever since the commencement of what is referred to as the “Israeli war” with Palestinians in Gaza, the Western discourse from the mainstream bourgeois media has not ceased. These outlets have continued examining the ongoing situation with a significant pro-Israel bias, laden with racial implications favoring whiteness and colonial values.

Thus, I highlight two important points lost on the mainstream media outlets in addressing the current situation in Palestine.

First, it is pertinent to point to the concept of resistance. Palestinians are defending themselves against the structural actions of the Israeli government, which includes a fascist position towards the Al-Aqsa Mosque, collective punishment, mistreatment of Palestinian prisoners, land annexation in the West Bank, apartheid, racial policies toward Arabs, settlement expansion, checkpoints, controlling the natural resources, creating social death, de-development, and economic repression.

Second, it is crucial to understand that Israel has been engaging in structural violence, ethnic cleansing, and, most recently, genocide. Israel has propagated settler colonialism and occupation since the Nakba (which translates to catastrophe in Arabic) of 1948. To comprehend the situation entirely, we must consider the broader context (structure) rather than focus on an event that happened six days ago and relies solely on mainstream Western media.

To justify Israeli aggression, many Western media outlets have assumed that the “war” just started because Hamas attacked Israeli settlements and civilians. However, this is a myth and I will discuss it later in this essay. The same media outlets mention that the Palestinians’ struggle is “sheer evil.” Many viewpoints in the Western media assume that Palestinians are violent and radical in an uncivilized way. Edward Said’s response to being asked why he wrote his book “Orientalism,” Said explained that his interest began due to the Arab-Israeli War of 1973, which was preceded by a lot of images and discussions in the media about Arabs being cowardly. After decades, the West continues to have a distorted image of Arabs and Muslims and still adopts the colonial Western discourse that identifies with the oppressor narrative.

To gain insight into the present circumstances in Palestine, one must incorporate the concept of the ‘logic of elimination’ concerning the indigenous population (Palestinians) as a fundamental component of comprehension. This concept, initially articulated by Patrick Wolfe, posits that settler colonialism (specifically, Israel, in this essay) is a structure, not an event. This means that any understanding of Israel should be based on the historical context that commenced in 1948. Additionally, the logic of elimination answers why Israel wants to wipe Gaza out after the Palestinians were called “human animals” by the Israeli Defense Minister. The same logic also explains why my brother was almost killed two days ago when an Israeli soldier opened fire randomly on cars when he was driving back to his village from his workplace in Ramallah, West Bank; in addition to giving the reasons why Israeli settlers killed my friend two days ago during Olive harvest in Nablus, West Bank.

The counter-narrative is that the Western media does not pay attention to 75 years of Zionist settler colonization of Palestinian land and Israeli control over the air, land, water, and all development levers. Thus, the central premise here is that Israelis do not distinguish between Gaza and the West Bank, between civilian (peaceful) and armed (radical) resistances. Israelis argue simply that every single Palestinian is an enemy, and to take their lands, Palestinians should choose between three options: to be killed, to be displaced, or to live under the colonizer who takes the lands away from Palestinians without self-determination and human rights.

A picture taken on February 14, 2018 shows a Palestinian boy running between water puddles and Israel's controversial separation barrier in the occupied West Bank town of Qalqilyah (Photo credit should read JAAFAR ASHTIYEH/AFP via Getty Images).

Since the first Zionist immigration to the Palestinian lands began in 1840, Palestinian human rights were already at stake due to ethnic cleansing as the primary strategy for the Zionist mainstream by wiping out more than 500 Palestinian villages. In this sense, Palestinian human rights violations are rooted in Zionism, summarized in Biblical studies’ famous statement on Palestine: A land without a people, for a people without a land.

Remarkably, Israel was established in 1948 specifically for people of Jewish descent fleeing the Holocaust to be a safe zone for their human rights. However, the armed nation (Israel) became a high-risk place for Jews as they transferred their historical trauma to another people and used harsh violence and forced repression to threaten the human rights of the Palestinian indigenous people, sharing the Palestinians with various tools of violence, most commonly the military machine. This is precisely what the Israeli’s new war cabinet vowed to wipe Hamas off the earth. The cabinet openly called for genocide since Hamas exists in the Gaza Strip, which equals 365 km2 (141 sq mi) and presents among more than 2 million Palestinian people.

While this essay discusses the Palestinian resistance and how the West portrays it, it is essential to note that some readers may dispute using the term \”Indigenous\” to describe Palestinians in some instances. Muslims, Jews, and Christians indeed inhabited these Palestinian lands before and during Ottoman rule. However, due to the “Right of Return,” the vast majority of Jews came during the nationalist, colonialist era of British rule, leading to an influx of Jews worldwide. The influx of Jews contributed to Israel being considered a purely Jewish country seeking to fragment Palestinian society into small, isolated, and oppressed communities, and that was clear in many Zionist literatures.

Ze’ev Jabotinsky, one of the most influential founding Zionists in the history of forming a nation of colonizers in Palestine, believed, categorically, in the hierarchy between the colonizer and the colonized, and said in the article “The Iron Wall” that “The native populations, civilized or uncivilized, have always stubbornly resisted the colonists, irrespective of whether they were civilized or savage.” So, it turns out that Jabotinsky saw that colonizers could only exist by taking the sovereignty of the indigenous people, and this is the counterargument to Frantz Fanon, who says that the colonized can only be liberated by taking the positions of colonialism.

Building upon the above, Zionism looked at displacement from the standpoint of settling the land, expanding, and creating pure Jewish geography, and this is what Jabotinsky emphasized when he said, “There is only one thing the Zionists want, and it is that one thing that the Arabs do not want, for that is the way by which the Jews would gradually become the majority, and then a Jewish Government would follow automatically, and the future of the Arab minority would depend on the goodwill of the Jews; and a minority status is not a good thing, as the Jews themselves are never tired of pointing out.”

The idea of the iron wall that Jabotinsky created in the 1920s does not differ much from what Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, currently does in Gaza. Instead, they are all tools for agreeing to displace the indigenous population and control as much land as possible to ensure the Jewish majority and the Arab minority. Together, Zionist leaders designed a control system for ethnic cleansing in Palestine since 1948, when Hamas did not exist. Thus, the Israeli aggression is not only against Hamas but against everything Palestinian.

Zionist leaders realize that ethnic cleansing needs international legitimacy; therefore, Jabotinsky says that colonialism “can proceed and develop only under the protection of a power independent of the native population – behind an iron wall, which the native population cannot breach.” The independent protection force needs foreign actors, like the present role of the USA, EU, UK, etc, and the iron wall means the security myths. Regarding the iron wall, Jabotinsky does not mean the idea of a physical wall as much as he means the symbolism of the Jewish majority that can be achieved with all available physical and symbolic tools.

In other words, the lack of access by Indigenous people means there is no opportunity for Indigenous people to be a majority again. Over many years, this interpretation gave Israeli leaders the legitimacy to crush and fragment Palestinian society and reduce it to weak population centers without any agreement to decelerate the violence. At the end of his article, Jabotinsky insisted, “There can be no voluntary agreement between ourselves and the Palestine Arabs. Not now, nor in the prospective future.. it is utterly impossible to obtain the voluntary consent of the Palestine Arabs for converting “Palestine” from an Arab country into a country with a Jewish majority.”

The Jewish majority idea is the racial and colonial dimension of what is happening in Gaza now, and it feeds the fascist actions against civilians, women, and kids in Palestinian society. Fanon refers to racial and colonial dimensions in the book “The Wretched of the Earth,” he says that colonialism is based on substitution, definitively replacing one human type with another. Therefore, understanding the opposite of colonialism can only come through understanding the conflict of opposing forces.

In summary, the Palestinians reject the logic of elimination and struggle against oppression, settler colonization, and the most prolonged occupation in modern history. There is a false premise to call them ISIS. Palestinians will keep fighting to achieve their self-determination on their national territory, and no one can give them that right; as Malcolm X said one day: ‘Nobody can give you freedom. Nobody can give you equality or justice or anything. If you’re a man, you take it.’

WHAT THE MEDIA FORGETS TO TELL YOU ABOUT ISRAEL AND GAZA
Ignore the fake news. Israel isn’t defending itself. It’s enforcing its right to continue ethnically cleansing Palestinians

Jonathan Cook
https://informationclearinghouse.blog/20...-and-gaza/

The missing context for what’s happening in Gaza is that Israel has been working night and day to ethnically cleanse the Palestinian people from their homeland since even before Israel become a state – when it was known as the Zionist movement.

Israel didn’t just cleanse Palestinians in 1948, when it was founded as a Western colonial project, and again under cover of a regional war in 1967. It also worked to ethnically cleanse Palestinians every day between those dates and afterwards. The aim was to move them off their historic lands, and either expel them beyond Israel’s new, expanded borders or concentrate them into small ghettoes inside those borders – as a holding measure until they could be expelled outside the borders.

The ‘settler’ project, as we call it, is a misnomer. It’s really Israel’s ethnic cleansing programme. Israel even has a special word for it in Hebrew: ‘Judaisation’, or making the land Jewish. It is official government policy.

Gaza was the largest of the Palestinian reservations created by Israel’s ethnic cleansing programme, and the most overcrowded. To stop the inhabitants spilling out, Israel built a fence-barrier in the early 1990s to pen them in. Then when policing became too hard from within the prison, Israel pulled back in 2005 to the outer perimeter barrier.

New technology allowed Israel to besiege Gaza remotely by land, sea and air in 2007, limiting the entry of food and vital items like medicine and cement for construction. Automated gun towers shot anyone who came near the fence. The navy patrolled the sea, stopping boats straying more than a kilometre or two off shore. And drones watched 24 hours a day from the sky.

The people of Gaza were sealed in and largely forgotten, except when they lobbed a few rockets over the fence – to international indignation. If they fired too many rockets, Israel bombed them mercilessly and occasionally launched a ground invasion. The rocket threat was increasingly neutralised by a rocket interception system, paid for by the US, called Iron Dome.

Palestinians tried to be more inventive in finding ways to break out of their prison. They built tunnels. But Israel found ways to identify those that ran close to the fence and destroyed them.
Palestinians tried to get attention by protesting en masse at the fence. Israeli snipers were ordered to shoot them in the legs, leading to thousands of amputees.

The ‘deterrence’ seemed to work. Israel could once again sit back and let the Palestinians rot in Gaza. ‘Quiet’ had been restored. Until, that is, last weekend when Hamas broke out briefly and ran amok, killing civilians and soldiers alike.

So Israel now needs a new policy. It looks like the ethnic cleansing programme is being applied to Gaza anew. The half of the population in the enclave’s north is being herded south, where there are not the resources to cope with them. And even if there were, Israel has cut off food, water and power to everyone in Gaza.

The enclave is quickly becoming a pressure cooker. The pressure is meant to build on Egypt to allow the Palestinians entry into Sinai on ‘humanitarian’ grounds. Whatever the media are telling you, the ‘conflict’ – that is, Israel’s ethnic cleansing programme – started long before Hamas appeared on the scene. In fact, Hamas emerged very late, as the predictable response to Israel’s violent colonisation project.

And no turning point was reached a week ago. This has all been playing out in slow motion for more than 100 years. Ignore the fake news. Israel isn’t defending itself. It’s enforcing its right to continue ethnically cleansing Palestinians.

SO…  ANOTHER UNPROVOKED WAR?
Paul Edwards

So…  another unprovoked war?  The attack by Hamas on Israel, like Russia’s attack on Ukraine, waswards totally unprovoked, and had no cause!  Palestinian terrorists attacked a perfectly innocent people.  What can have been the motive for such barbarism?  Was it—as was the case in 9/11—hatred of their freedom?

This is now a trend.  The model for it was the attack on the Towers by Iraqi Arab terrorists, for no reason but hatred of our freedom.  Well, okay, they weren’t Iraqis, they were Saudis, but still… After we enriched their rulers by buying their oil and kept them in power with our military: where was their gratitude?

The most flagrant of unprovoked wars was, of course, Russia’s.  For no reason and without warning, they attacked Ukraine.  Note that in all three cases, the victims were thriving democracies while the attackers were mad terrorists.  These unprovoked madmen (e.g., Putin) must be unequivocally condemned, and their victims empowered.  Justice demands it. How tired are you of being subjected to this shameless, brazen bullshit by the propaganda apparatuses of the most vicious, brutal, dishonest regimes in the world today?

The U.S. political establishment and its media are unanimous in  outraged condemnation of the Hamas attack, including the total destruction of Gaza, sharing the pretense that the civilian cost can be minimized.  There is nothing new in this hysteria, nor the revenge desired, though Israel has held the Palestinians hostage in a ghetto prison for decades while murdering them piecemeal.

The concept of the “unprovoked attack/war” has become the cliche pejorative since it was made the explanation of 9/11.  It was not original: it has served through history as a rationale for military reprisal when justification had to be created because there was none.  The 9/11 attack had to be cast as pure evil; indeed, with no cause at all, to allow invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq.  This propaganda only worked on those ignorant of America’s long history of subversion, betrayal, and exploitation of Arab peoples by propping up militarily the corrupt, absolutist toadies installed to rule them for Capitalism’s benefit.  Those ignorant comprise nearly all Americans.  As Bitter Bierce said, “War is God’s way of teaching Americans geography.”

Unprovoked was the term used to condemn Russia’s SMO in entering putrefying Ukraine to defend ethnic Russian Ukrainians in Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk from ruthless bombardment by the dominant Azov and Right Sektor Bandera Nazis who ran the Ukraine government.  It is now stridently used to vilify Hamas’ surprise attack on Zionist Israel, that Apartheid Monster Machine that stole their homeland, mercilessly drove Palestinians out and imprisoned them, humiliating, debasing and murdering them for decades.  Unprovoked… The Hamas attack was unprovoked.

Consider… In all three cases, the term was used to validate military ferocity as a moral response to acts of violence inflicted supposedly without provocation.  Reflect that America has been directly involved in each, if not as prime mover, then as the power and money behind it.  America destroyed the shaky stability of the entire Arab world with its celebratory, overkill massacre of the innocent populations of Afghanistan and Iraq to avenge the acts of a tiny cadre of zealous criminals.  America promoted, funded and insisted on the war in Ukraine for one reason, as its top officials emphasized: to weaken Russia and break it.  America is now the head cheerleader for Israel, sworn to back it militarily as it threatens to destroy the entire population of Gaza.

Acting with summary brutality to achieve its ends, regardless of consequences, is nothing unusual with empires.  They have all done it, historically.  The question that Americans should ask themselves during the current disaster in Gaza but won’t, is this: how long do they suppose that shielding themselves in a base, cowardly refusal to understand and oppose their nation’s violent aggression everywhere will preserve their privileged immunity from richly deserved, impending karma and deadly blowback?

Driven by voracious Capitalism, and infatuated with its tawdry magnificence, The Empire has pursued the receding chimera of absolute hegemony over the world, of Full Spectrum Dominance enforced by its insane threat of precipitating universal death for humanity and all life.  It is a rule history shows irrevocable that no single power can dominate the species. Those that tried have been destroyed without exception.  The American Empire has had, for better and worse, its run.  It is now in its terminal phase, and, desperate for dominance, it will hazard our futures because it is incapable of altering its internal imperative.  It is, in a real sense, beyond reason, on autopilot, its fixed course unalterably locked down on the goal of its own destruction.

All previous empires, in their downfall, disturbed the life within their purview.  Those that fell within recent memory shook the life of the whole industrially developed world.  None presented the prospect of potentially ending life on earth.  Until now.

This is why the idea of waking Americans to their peril, due to their empire’s senile madness is desperately sad.  For they have no voice, no moral agency.  They are more captive than the Palestinian people mentally and emotionally; and far less free morally and spiritually.  After generations of indoctrination they have neither the vision nor the moral courage to break out of their  invisible, existential maximum security prison.

The most evil and unprovoked attack in all history was that of Capitalism on defenseless, naive American minds.

THE OCTOBER 7 2023  HAMAS RESISTANCE ATTACK AGAINST  THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST OCCUPATION REGIME WAS BILLED AS  THE OPERATION AL AQSA FLOOD. HAMAS WAS HIGHLIGHTING THE FREQUENCY AND INTENSITY OF THE ATTACKS AND PROVOCATIONS AGAINST  AL AQSA. THIS HAS BEEN BEEN NEGLECTED BY THE MSM AND ARAB REGIMES.  AL AQSA IS  ONE OF ISLAM'S MOST SACRED PLACES AND ONE OF THE FEW REMAINING SYMBOLS OF PALESTINIAN NATIONALISM. SO IT IS A POTENT SYMBOL STILL SURVIVING IN A BRUTAL DAJALLIC ZIONIST COLONIAL SETTLER REGIME.

THIS POST WILL NOT COMMENT HERE ON HAMAS TACTICS AND STRATEGY WHICH HAS BEEN DEMONISED BY THE MSM MEDIA.  THE TASK HERE IS NOT TO REPRESENT HAMAS OR ANYONE ELSE BUT RATHER FOCUS ON THE SIGNIFICANCE OF AL AQSA IN END TIMES.

THIS WHOLE EVENT HAS TO BE LOCATED IN THE CONTEXT OF THE 1967 WAR AND  OVER 50 YEARS OF OCCUPATION OF EAST JERUSALEM INCLUSIVE OF AL AQSA.   SINCE THEN THERE HAS BEEN A ZIONIST STRATEGY OF JUDAISATION OF JERUSALEM INCLUSIVE OF THE SLOW MOTION ETHNIC CLEANSING OF PALESTINIANS.

MORE RELEVANT AND SIGNIFICANTLY HAS BEEN THE CONCERNS OF PALESTINIANS AND MUSLIMS GLOBALLY OF  THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST REGIME'S REAL INTENTIONS AND PLANS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE WHICH THEY REFER TO AS TEMPLE MOUNT.

THIS HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY HIGHLIGHTED IN THIS FORUM UNDER THE ESCHATOLOGY THREAD. MANY MUSLIM THINKERS HAVE BROADCASTED IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES OF THE MUSLIM WORLD TO THEIR RESPECTIVE MUSLIM AUDIENCES.  A KEY REVELATION THEY HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTING WHICH NEEDS TO BE SHARED HERE TO A DIFFERENT AUDIENCE. NAMELY THAT THERE IS INDEED A DAJALLIC  PLAN TO DEMOLISH AL AQSA AND REPLACE IT WITH THE BUILDING  OF THE 3RD TEMPLE.

THIS CLEARLY HIGHLIGHTS A CONSPIRACY OF GREAT MAGNITUDE WHICH HAS BEEN RESEARCHED. IT HAS MANY DIMENSIONS AND LAYERS TO IT. SUFFICE TO STATE THAT   THE REBUILDING OF THE 3RD TEMPLE IS LINKED TO JEWISH ESCHATOLOGY AND THE ARRIVAL OF THEIR MESSIAH.

IT HAS GLOBAL IMPLICATIONS BECAUSE THE MESSIAH IS VIEWED NOT ONLY AS THE JEWISH RELIGIOUS SAVIOUR BUT RULER OF THE WORLD IN END TIMES. SO HUMANITY AS A WHOLE SHOULD ALSO BE CONCERNED ON WHAT ON EARTH IS THE ZIONIST PLAN AND IT'S IMPLICATIONS FOR HUMANITY.

AT THIS STAGE ALL THAT IS INTENDED HERE IS TO HIGHLIGHT TO THOSE FOLLOWING THE GLOBAL VISION 200O FORUM THAT HAMAS WAS ALERTING THE MUSLIM WORLD AND HUMANITY ABOUT THIS. IT APPEARS THEY WANTED TO EXPOSE THE FAST TRACKING AND IMMINENT DEMOLITION OF AL AQSA AND REBUILDING OF THE 3RD TEMPLE.

ALL THE EVIDENCE POINTS TO A DAJALLIC ZIONIST DIABOLICAL PLAN TO CREATE ANOTHER 9/11. BY THIS WE MEAN THAT THERE WAS NO INTELLIGENCE FAILURE BUT RATHER A ZIONIST PLAN TO PERMIT THIS ATTACK TO TAKE PLACE. AS IT WOULD ACT AS A CASSUS BELLI FOR WHAT WE ARE NOW WITNESSING. SO THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST REGIME CARRIES REPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED AND IS NOW UNFOLDING. WE NEED TO GO BEYOND EMOTIONAL CONDEMNATION AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON.

THE ZIONIST PLAN IS CLEARLY  BASED ON ZIONIST DOCTRINES AS WELL AS THE RABID STATEMENTS MADE BY THE MOST EXTREMIST AND RACIST ZIONIST REGIME . IT HAS PARALLELS WITH NAZI AND GENOCIDAL REGIMES.

THEIR PLAN IS TO DESTROY HAMAS AND RE-OCCUPY GAZA, EXPEL THE PALESTINIANS AND THEN REPEAT THE EXERCISE AGAIN ON THE WEST BANK AND EXECUTE REBUILDING OF THEIR 3RD TEMPLE. BUT WHAT THEY NOT FACTORED IN IS THE PLANS OF ALLAH SWT.

IT IS HIGH TIME THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST STATE'S TACTICS AND STRATEGY ARE EXPOSED.  TO ACHIEVE THIS IS A BIT LIKE WHAT WE HAVE LITERALLY SEEN WITH THE AL AHLI HOSPITAL ATTACK AND DEMOLITION. AS WE HAVE SEEN BOTH BIDEN AND NETANYAHU HAVE BLAMED THE OTHER SIDE FOR THE DESTRUCTION AND MASSACRE. THE EVIL SMIRK ON THEIR EVIL FACES COULD NOT BE DISGUISED TO ANY OBSERVER.

WHILST THIS TOUCHES ON A CURRENT CONTROVERSIAL COUNTER NARRATIVE. THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST NARRATIVE   CAN BE EASILY DEMOLISHED ON SEVERAL GROUNDS. FIRSTLY HAMAS DOES NOT POSSESS MILITARY TECHNOLOGY WHICH HAS THE EXPLOSIVE FORCE TO DESTROY THE SAID HOSPITAL. SECONDLY THE DAJALLIC ZIONIST REGIME HAS A LONG HISTORY OF ATTACKING HOSPITALS WHICH ARE  HI TECH AERIAL MASSACRES OF UNARMED CIVILIANS IN A PRE-PROGRAMMED GENOCIDE. JUST IMAGINE IF THE OPPOSITE WAS HAPPENING TO ISRAELIS AND AMERICANS WHAT WOULD BE THE WORLD REACTION?

IT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED HAMAS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL ARMY BUT A RESISTANCE MOVEMENT TRYING TO DEFEND IT'S OCCUPIED AND BESIEGED PEOPLE BY A HUGE OCCUPYING AND OPPRESSIVE MILITARY FORCE BACKED BY THE USA WHICH IS A SUPERPOWER.

WHAT IS FORGOTTEN BY EVERYONE IS THAT THIS REGION IS THE HOLY LAND AND IS BLESSED. THE CURRENT TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS ARE TRULY HORRIFIC BUT THEY WILL CULMINATE WITH THE DIVINE PLAN. WE NEED TO PREPARE  FOR THE COMING CHAPTER. HOLD TIGHT TO YOUR SEATS.
